  • Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Collect location data or device identifiers beyond what's necessary for app functionality

Your Rights

  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your course data and learning progress
  • Modify your Areas of Interest and usage preferences at any time
  • Opt out of error reporting (though this may limit our ability to fix issues)

Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account remains active
  • Deleted accounts: All personal data permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Course content: Retained as long as the course creator's account is active
  • Error logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud storage and database hosting
  • Amplify: Authentication services

These services have their own privacy policies and security measures. We have carefully selected providers that maintain high privacy standards.

Children's Privacy

Luui is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
